Cucumber and mixed berries smoothies.
It was an adventurous trial. But it turned out to be great, and believe it or not, I am loving it greatly! I love the freshness of cucumber, together with the mixed berries in the yoghurt. What a great combination! I think this smoothies can serve as a great breakfast as it will provide you the fibre, the probiotics, and the nutrition from dairy products. What a great way to have a good head start.
It's really easy. This is what I'll normally do:
(Below ingredients are good for 2 servings)
half a cucumber (coarsely sliced)
1 cup of yoghurt (I prefer berry flavour, all sorts of berries)
1/4 cup of ice
1/2 cup of water.
Put everything in a blender, blend them under the option of 'Liquefy' for 20 sec.
Then, you're good to go!
