Eerie Halloween!

For some reason, Halloween I had in Halifax, Canada wasn't as happening as here in Richmond, USA. I speculate that the colder weather in Canada is the contributing factor. Anyhow, I had lots of fun last night welcoming those trick-or-treaters in my friends' place. There were so many of them ... starting from 6pm, and ended around 8pm. Each time when we heard the door bell ringing, we would all rush to the door feeling excited. The anticipation itself to see trick-or-treaters dressed up in different costumes were totally exhilarating.

'Candies! Candies! I want candies! Give me all! Hiak hiak hiak! If you don't give them all to me, I will .... I will ... I will ... eerrrrr .... CRY OUT LOUD and go home and tell my mum!!'

'Hi people. I'm ET coming from outer space. Trick or treats!'

'I am a pretty Persian Princess ... '

Candies ... Chocolates ... yoohoo!!

'I'm a cute lil' ranger. How may I help you?'
(so cute, right?)

'Hai-yo! I'm a policeman ...'

'I am a pretty angel ... trick or treats, puhhhlease .... '

Pirates from the Caribbean!

Eery skeleton man.

'Scream!'

Cute little flower baby ...

'Look at my eye-lashes ... FabuLash!'

There really were quite a number of teenagers, certainly did not see this coming. But hey, who said teenagers could not ask for trick-or-treats?

A hippie with a toy guitar. We asked him to play us a song, he did, simply by plucking the strings a few times ... then he said 'That's about it.'
We were like ' oooOOOooooohhhhh!' =D

Spider-gal.

A witch with someone with battitude.

'I am your pretty French Maid. How may I help you?'

A poogle with a dracula.

'I am a soldier, serving my country ... '

Another witch ...

There were quite a number of teenagers who did not dressed up at all. When you asked them, 'So, who are you?' They would reply 'I'll be whoever you want me to be ... ' -_-'

There were a lot more teenagers who came that didn't dress-up, so, no pictures taken. Oh well, at least we all had fun. There was a lil' girl (around 3yo) who came, dressing up as a cheerleader ... Yoh, very adorable, so sweet, asking for trick-or-treats ... Forgot to take picture because she was the very first one who came ...

Pumpkins carved by my friends ... hey, that was not at all an easy job I tell you. It took my friends (4-5 ppl) entire day just to finish these two masterpieces. The carved-pumpkins added a perfect touch to such eerie night.

Oh boy, am so looking forward for the next Halloween already. ;)
